With the FastProp® props we have tried to go beyond the specifications of the European standard EN 1065 by offering higher load capacities and a 10mm quick release system built into the prop itself.
FastProp® is perfect when the loads involved are extremely heavy, for example during re-shoring operations or in combination with horizontal formwork systems that require extra support.
In line with EN1065, FastProp® props include safety specifications such as:
Anti-shearing protection to prevent injury during use;
Anti-slippage system of the inner tube for greater safety during handling.
The quality of FastProp® goes beyond these safety requirements. Each component is machined with the utmost precision: the burr-free holes punched in the tube are a testament to the attention paid to design details. The three-start thread, which is obtained by rolling, guarantees greater strength and durability. Finally, the hot forged C45 steel ferrule with three 120° spokes demonstrates our commitment to providing high quality components that deliver superior performance in the field.
